1. I did not know we had to put quotes in but don't worry, I'll make sure I'll get to it. I would not have been able to grow my strengths without you. Thinking back to the first semester I have found I changed my views on certain things. 2. I liked this semesters book club because it is more relatable. It is relatable in a way where the author is finding her own path while dealing with her problems. Same as students like me who are just finding their own path. In the book, you are taken on a journey with her through her experiences. 3. What is essay 3 gonna be about again?

Book Club response #3

The author's personal life relates to two big social issues. One being part of the LGBQ community she felt out of place when she was younger. The second is her family issues. Every family has some degree of dysfunction. It is an essential part of her narrative. Many readers who read her book can envision what kind of experiences she had to go through.

1. Looking back at the HOC, MOC, and LOC I think I followed through. The last order things I need to do is just the grammar or any unnecessary spaces. 2. Reflecting on Josephs presentation about the campus resources, I realized there were so many resources than I thought. Values about writing that overlap with the CSLD is thinking about your idea and your idea may be the future and to be able to write to a specific audience. Because your audience is going to be a hiring manager  you'll need to be able to write t a target audience and keep them in mind. 3. Do we put our essay 2 in there?

This week, I do not think I did well except for keeping up with the book club book. I guess I would be more studious and more productive. There were times were I could have used some of my free time to be productive and work on my essay. My takeaways for the concept of revision is that it is not about summarizing but also taking the time to make edits and include or cut ideas from your draft. Also to re-evaluate who your audience is. Prior to the concept of revision, I only knew how I was taught and that was to have a peer edit and check for grammar mistakes. I learned to revise content and direct it towards a specified audience. My revision plan: 3 HOC: 1.go over my ideas 2. check over my thesis 3.check if my ideas connect well 1MOC 1.check if I include info needed for my audience 1LOC 1.check for grammar and spelling errors
