Labor Journal #14

1. I did not know we had to put quotes in but don't worry, I'll make sure I'll get to it. I would not have been able to grow my strengths without you. Thinking back to the first semester I have found I changed my views on certain things. 2. I liked this semesters book club because it is more relatable. It is relatable in a way where the author is finding her own path while dealing with her problems. Same as students like me who are just finding their own path. In the book, you are taken on a journey with her through her experiences. 3. What is essay 3 gonna be about again?

The author's personal life relates to two big social issues. One being part of the LGBQ community she felt out of place when she was younger. The second is her family issues. Every family has some degree of dysfunction. It is an essential part of her narrative. Many readers who read her book can envision what kind of experiences she had to go through.
