If a person wants to acquire of improve a certain skill one can do so with practice because everyone can do it.

Alfie Kohn was a teacher who lectures and writes about education, parenting, human behavior and was described by Time Magazine as one on the Countries most outspoken critics of education's fixation on grades and test scores. We were assigned this reading because Kohn provides new prospectives about education, human behavior, and parenting because we were used to one way of learning.
